Big hype, little substance

The linens were unclean, and the smell was unbearable. Staff were unhelpful this experience nothing short of dreadful. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, regardless of price. Save yourself and look elsewhere.

We stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. Loved that there wasn't any carpet to trap dirt. They had a nice pool and comfy sun loungers to relax by after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little more counter space, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

The rooms for 2days. Bonus point for climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven.

It has good setting in the middle of jackson.

I booked a King Room Non-Smoking and was excited for the stay. The bed felt high and super comfy, made for a decent night's sleep. The staff tried their best to accommodate despite lacking my original room. They helped me find a suitable room quickly. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants nearby. The coffee station was pretty basic, just regular and decaf options without any real breakfast offerings. The room needed some maintenance attention. There were noticeable damages on the walls and a filthy mirror upon arrival. The toilet malfunctioned frequently and the musty air made it tough to breathe. It's a mixed bag, and while I appreciated the staff's effort, I'm not sure I'd choose this place again if given better options.

The hotel itself was great and everything was great. The room was brand-new and spotlessly clean, in good condition. Location : the venue was near to restaurants, electrical outlet and an Econo Lodge.

Their staff were very rude.

Despite the issues, the A/C worked well was great. Surprisingly, I didn't notice any bugs.

My previous experiences in waycross left me feeling uncertain, but this place really exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and had a nice comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and quick with check-in.

The King Room was decent and the bed was super comfy. The pillows looked small, but they were just right! On the downside, the cleanliness was sketchy. There were some bugs in the room, and it seemed like it needed a good deep clean. Not the best experience overall, but the bed was a highlight.
